IHOP Pancakes
Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups AP Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
- 1 level teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
Sift dry ingredients into medium size mixing bowl.
Mix in the wet ingredients. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat griddle to 375 F
Pour pancakes in 1/4 cup rounds and cook each side until golden brown.
